Explain why Example 1 (Leo/Capricorn), not Example 2 (Libra/Libra), is treated as this course's reliable template.

Natal Ascendant = Taurus (even sign). Hora Lagna = Leo (odd sign). N1 = count from Pisces reverse to Taurus = 11. N2 = count from Aries direct to Leo = 5. Both counts are odd → same class → sum = 16. Is this sum within the range this course treats as reliably resolved (≤12), or does it fall into the unresolved case documented in Decision Journal Entry 7?

Is the Shoola Dasha technique (mentioned in the Notes for v.19–20) taught in Parashara's own verse text of this chapter, or only referenced as pointing to a different, later chapter?
